About the Founder

Hi, I'm Adeoti.

Why I started SIA

Both sides were missing intention.

I've spent my career in marketing, communications and development work, helping organisations, brands and programmes tell stories that make people care and act.

Along the way I kept meeting two kinds of people. Brilliant creators who were visible, sometimes very visible, but under-supported: no plan, no representation and deals that undervalued what they had built. And businesses spending on creators without a strategy, then wondering why nothing changed.

Both sides were missing the same thing: intention. Shaping Influence Africa is my answer. A company that takes creators seriously as people with careers, and helps the businesses working with them do it properly.

Visibility gets you noticed. Intention gets you remembered.

Years in marketing and communications, building content strategies and campaigns for brands, agencies and organisations.

Development communications

Experience shaping how programmes, causes and institutions talk to the people they serve, which is the thinking behind Ripple.
